Be the first to perform ‘Murder at Pottingfield Park’ and write a review.

A word from the Playwright herself:

‘This is a great play with a really well-constructed plot in an excellent setting and quite true to life – probably! Setting this in the 1960s provides plenty of opportunities to go to town on costumes and music, and it will certainly pull in the crowds There’s plenty of my usual crazy characters in this one, all of whom have a variety of motives for disposing of the victim. The dialogue is punchy and pacy with lots of great parts for character actors. As in ‘Murder at Sea’ and ‘A Rumbling in the Jungle’, I have varied the format of Act 2 to eliminate the innocents and smoke out the culprit, and have introduced an eleventh character, the Judge, whose role is as it suggests, as well as narrating the ‘Prologue’ in Act 1.

You’ll have great fun at rehearsals and I can’t wait to see this one performed.’
